Hamasadhwani's NRI music festival
Hamsadhwani hosts its 10th NRI music festival from 11 December, to 2 January, 2005.
The fest was inaugurated by Dr. Ashok Madhav of USA. The inaugural concert featured Urmila Sathyanarayanan in a thematic dance presentation, 'Panchali Sabadham. (She is seen getting ready for the concert, in the photo, as R. Krishnaswamy, Secretary, Narada Gana Sabha and Hamsadhwani Ramachandran pose for a snapshot) Kutcheris are held at Youth Hostel, Indira Nagar, Adyar.
Hamsadhwani also hosts a mega music fest from 3 January to 20 March 2005.
