'Violin Delights' rendered by Usha Rajagopalan and 'Navavarna Krithis of Dikshithar' sung by 'Indira Menon' are new CDs for the December season from Abirami cassettes.
Violinist Usha Rajagopalan has rendered a set nine compositions beginning from the 'Begada Varnam' to the 'Dwijavathy Thillana'. The other numbers include 'Sukhievvaro' in Kanada and 'Parithana' in Bilahari. The CD is priced at Rs.90/- and is available at all leading shops.
'Navavarna Krithis of Dikshithar' have been sung by Indira Menon and the music orchestration is done by L.Krishnan. The 2-CD pack comes along with an inlay booklet with Sanskrit and Englsh text of the songs.
