Shanthi Arts Foundation and Endowments (SAFE) inaugurated its 8th annual music fest on Dec.11 in
Madras. On the inaugural day, musicians K.R. Kedaranathan, T. Rukmini and A. Kanyakumari were
honoured. Concerts will be held till December 19 at Sastri Hall and Raga Sudha Hall, Mylapore.
