'Natya Darshan': Showcasing dance dramas
Kartik Fine Arts hosts 'Natya Darshan - II' a seminar on dance dramas on December 20, 21 and 22 at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's auditorium, Mylapore. The convenors are dance gurus Sudharani Raghupathy and Chitra Visweswaran.
The seminar will be inaugurated tomorrow evening (20 Dec.) at 6.15 pm by dancer Padmini Ravi. This will be followed by 'Raghuvamsa Tilakam' a dance drama by Chitra Visweswaran and her sishyas. (This dance drama was first performed on the occasion of Ramanavami for Krishna Gana Sabha in the early 80's. It has been revived now this Season).

An exhibition of Nritta Chitra by Srikant Sathe of Mumbai, will also be on display.
