Hamsadhwani inagurates its 9th NRI Annual Music and Dance Festival on Saturday, 20 December at 6 pm at 'The Youth Hostel Lawns', II Avenue Indira Nagar, Adyar, Chennai-20. Programmes will be held from 20 December to 7 January 2004 at the above venue.
