Fest at palace / Thiruvananthapuram

Following the music season in Chennai, it is Trivandrum in Kerala that takes over now. Swathi Sangeethotsavam, a fest of music will be held from Jan. 6 to 12, 2004 at the Kuthiramalika Fort in Thiruvananthapuram. The musicians will present compositions of Maharaja Swathi Tirunal. The fest features Ranjani and Gayathri, Aswathi Tirunal Rama Varma, Kudamaloor Janardhanan, P. Unnikrishnan, M.S. Sheela, Ajoy Chakrabarti (Hindusthani), M. Narmadha, and M. Balamuralikrishna

The fest is hosted by Sri Rama Varma Maharaja of the Travancore Trust.
