Welcome to Karnataka. This is a new section devoted to the buzz from the Garden City.

This new section features the people and the events in Karnataka, involved in south Indian classical music and dance.

The section was launched on August 15, 2004, so the content will grow slowly in course of time.

Notes from Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Udupi, Shimoga, Dharwad and elsewhere will find a place here.

The exclusive section makes it easier to navigate and to feature all the Karnataka-centric stories. As always, it is the community in Karnataka which can make this section a lively place on the website.
