SASTRA University, Thanjavur in co-ordination with Nrithyodaya, Chennai is issuing applications for BFA and MFA courses in Bharatanatyam through distant mode.
This course is designed by the famed dancer Dr. Padma Subrahmanyam.
Eligibility for BFA (3 years) course -: +2 & equivalent diplomas; should have learnt atleast Alarippu.
Eligibility for MFA (2 years): - Any UG degree & dance experience of 5 years.
The centre for contact classes is Nrithyodaya, Chennai and applications must be sent in by February 25, 2011. The first round of contact classes will be held on Sat 26th & Sun 27th February, 2011.
Contact classes will be held once in two months on Saturday and Sunday.
