The annual Kanakadasa Jayanti Utsav was held in Udupi, the temple town near
Mangalore in Karnataka from November 1 to 5.

This fest celebrates the works of saint-composer Kanakadasa.

A Carnatic music concert by G. Ravikiran and a Bhakti Sangeet programme was part of the fest.

A Kanaka Bhajane competition was also conducted.
