A mega event is to be held from March 2 to 6 daily at 6.30 pm at Ravindra Bharathi, Hyderabad.

SOUTH INDIAN CULTURAL ASSOCIATION (SICA),the leading cultural organisation of the twin cities, which is in its Golden Jubilee Year, has for the first time, decided to confer its prestigious title SANGEETHA CHAKRAVARTHY title on veteran Carnatic vocalist NEDUNURI KRISHNAMURTHY for his significant contribution for the propagation of Indian classical music.

The title will be conferred on him by N.Rangachari, former Advisor to Govt of Andhra Pradesh on the opening day 2nd March at 6.00 pm followed by the vocal concert of Nedunuri Krishnamurthy.

vocal duet by RANJANI & GAYATRI (3rd),
Violin & Sitar- Carnatic & Hindusthani Instrumental Jugal Bandi by Lalgudi GJR KRISHNAN & KARTIK SESHADRI (4th),
Devotional Music by noted playback singer, VANI JAI RAM (5th),
and a Kuchipudi Dance recital by YAMINI REDDY, disciple and daughter of the famous dance duo Raja & Radha Reddy (6th).
