The birth centenary of Carnatic music maestro G. N Balasubramanian (GNB) will be celebrated globally on Jan. 6, 2010.

In Chennai, the heads of cultural organisations, secretaries of sabhas, direct and indirect disciples of GNB, his admirers and rasikas will be putting their heads together to plan for the celebrations.

They will meet on Feb. 22, between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. arrange at the L-shaped hall at Narada Gana Sabha, Alwarpet.
