Natyarangam (the dance wing of Narada Gana Sabha Trust) presented in Chennai "Teertha Bharatham", a seven-day festival of Bharatanatyam focusing on some of the sacred rivers of India. (Aug.4 to 10, 2008)

Seven dancers and resource persons presented an artistic tour of the sacred rivers Ganga, Brahmaputra, Yamuna, Narmada, Godavari, Kaveri and Tamraparani, through their solo dances and scholarly expositions. Here are pictures taken at the dance fest.
