Apply for grants in arts projects
 

India Foundation for the Arts (IFA), based in Bangalore is an independent, grant-making organisation supporting scholars and artists nationwide. The foundation invites proposals for grants to be made under its Arts Research and Documentation programme.

The programme is focused on two main themes:
1. Research and documentation that critically investigates the making of cultural traditions.
2. Research and documentation that seek to put in place or use new methodologies for studying contemporary arts practices.

Scholars, artists and groups who are interested in working on either of these two themes are welcome to apply.
