The famed Khajuraho dance festival will begin on Feb.25 and will go on till March 2.

The festival will begin with a solo performance by Odissi dancer Aruna Mohanty.

Kuchipudi dance by Chennai based dancer Sailaja will be held on Feb. 26 followed by Satriya performance by Sarodi Saikiya of Guwahati

Odissi, Vilasini natyam and Kathak dances are scheduled for Feb. 27.
On Feb. 28, there will be a Bharatanatyam performance by Suchita Bhide Chalekar of Pune and Manipuri dance by Preeti Patel and group.
Kalamandalam Raman Kutty Nair will present a Kathakali performance on Feb. 29 followed by Bharatanatyam recital by Roja Kannan and Kathak by Semeeta Sharma.

On March 1, Shovana Narayanan will present a Kathak dance recital and Kalamandalam Leelamma will perform Mohiniattam.

Kuchipudi duet by Jaya Ramarao and Vanasree Rao will be held on March 2, followed by Saraikelachhau performance by Shashdhar Aacharya.

The dance performances takes place at the open - air auditorium in front of the famed Chitragupta Temple dedicated to the Sun God and the Vishwanatha Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva at Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh in India.
