Lalitakala Vedika celebrates ten years / Chennai |   | |||
| Chennai based Lalitakala Vedika, an organisation promoting the performing arts, celebrated its tenth anniversary recently.
At a two-day event held at Music Academy's mini hall, Chennai, the hosts honoured senior Bombay Sister, C. Saroja and C. Lalitha with Lalitha Kala Vedika Gold medals.Flautists Sikkil Sisters and dance gurus M. V. Narasimhachari and M. Vasanthalakshmi were honoured with B.V.S.S.Mani Memorial Award.
