| Tribute to a vainika Vasantha Saravanan |   | |||
| A tribute to Veena Vidushi, the late Vasantha Saravanan, will be paid on Jan. 14, 2005 at 6 pm at Narada Gana Sabha's mini hall, Alwarpet. The event marks the first death anniversary of the vainika.
The programme will feature songs composed by Vasantha Saravanan, presented in a Bharatanatyam recital by Parvathi Ravi Ghantasala, a vocal and veena recital by Mathangi Veerabahu (U.S.A) and Raji Ramachandran (daughters of the late vainika).
