| 'Swathi Sangeethotsavam', a weeklong music fest dedicated to Maharaja Swathi Thirunal will be held from January 6 to 12, 2005 at Kuthiramalika, Thiruvananthapuram.
Kuthiramalika (Horse Palace) built by the Maharaja, over 160 years ago, inside the Fort in Thiruvananthapuram offers a unique ambience to the festival. The fest features Kudamaloor Janardhanan, Prince Rama Varma, Kiranavali Vidyasankar, Pantula Rama, Vamanan (Mumbai), Prof Venkateshkumar (Hindusthai vocal) and T.M.Krishna.
