M.S. SubbulakshmiVeteran Carnatic vocalist M.S. Subbulakshmi was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai on May 15, following a complaint of high blood sugar. According to hospital sources, she is 'better' now.

After six days, the vocalist was discharged and is back home now.

The senior musician is 87.
