SICA's fest / Hyderabad 
The South Indian Cultural Association (SICA), Hyderabad holds its 43rd annual Art Festival from 2 to 9 March 2003 at Ravindra Bharathi, Hyderabad. Concerts will be held daily at 6.30 pm.

On the opening day, every year the Association felicitates a very senior artiste. This year on 2nd March, vocalist Nedunuri Krishnamurthy and mridangam maestro Vellore Ramabhadran will be felicitated. K.Vijaya Rama Rao, Minister for Commercial Taxes, Govt of Andhra Pradesh will be the chief guest and Sati Nair, Chief Secretary to the Govt of AP will preside over and felicitate the artistes. The vocal recital of Nedunuri accompanied by Vellore Ramabhadran on mridangam will follow the felicitation function.
