Houston based dancer Rathna Kumar was recently honoured for 'Community leadership in the field of Performing Arts' by the Mayor David Wallace of Sugarland and his council members on June 7, 2005.

Rathna heads the Anjali Centre for Indian Performing Arts in Houston, U.S.A
