R. R. Sabha to honour Flautist N. Ramani

Rasika Ranjani Sabha will confer the title of "Kala Ratna" on flute vidwan Dr. N. Ramani at a function to be held on Dec 1.

The award carries a prize money of Rs. 1 lakh, a medallion, shawl and a citation. The chief guest is former chief election commissioner, T. S. Krishnamurthy. Dr. R. Lakshmipathy, publisher of ‘Dina Malar’ and Cleveland V. V. Sundaram will attend as special guests.

This event starts at 4 p.m.

The music fest is on till Dec.19 at the venue and is open to all.
