AKP Fine Arts, run by tavil maestro A K Palanivel is hosting its 3rd Music and Dance Festival from 20th Jan 2017 to 22 Jan 2017 at Vani Mahal,T Nagar, Chennai.
On Day One, maestros P S Narayanaswamy and Chitra Vina Narasimhan are to be decorated with titles.
